Overview

You’ll build a strong foundation in economics, policy and administrative management, then advance into e-government and e-document workflow, decision-making & analytics, public finance, procurement, project and strategic management. From year three you tailor your path by choosing one of three professional tracks: administrative management in public organizations, management in the field of economic competition, or public administration at regional and local levels.
Graduates master policy analysis, legal/regulatory literacy, digital public services, stakeholder communication, quality control, budgeting & taxation basics, and project management—the competencies listed in the program’s official learning outcomes.

Career Opportunities

Graduates can work in national and local government bodies, municipal services, courts and regulatory agencies, as well as NGOs and international organizations. Typical roles include public procurement specialist, e-procurement administrator, PR/communications officer, HR/personnel officer, policy or administrative analyst, and advisor/consultant in city or regional councils. Many also apply their skills in the private sector—banking, insurance, transport, and trade—where compliance, stakeholder relations, and project coordination are in demand. The degree qualifies you for entry-level civil service posts and provides internship experience that often converts into a first job.
