Entrance Exam Description

During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

Program Structure

Year 1 – Foundations of Aviation & Passenger Services
Students build a solid base in aviation principles, customer service, and communication skills necessary for air transport operations.
Typical subjects: Introduction to Aviation and Airlines; Higher Mathematics; Physics for Aviation; Basics of Passenger Services; Communication Skills and Aviation English; Computer Technologies for Aviation; Safety and Environmental Studies; Professional Ethics in Aviation.
You start by learning how aviation works and the basics of passenger services. This year gives you strong foundations in communication, safety, and technical knowledge needed for your future cabin and airline roles.

Year 2 – Air Passenger Transport Operations
Students explore in-flight services, safety procedures, and passenger handling in detail.
Typical subjects: Airline Operations and Flight Procedures; Passenger Handling and Boarding Management; Air Transportation Regulations and Safety; In-flight Service Technology; Human Factors and Customer Psychology; First Aid and Emergency Procedures; Aviation English for Professional Communication.
You learn how flights are operated from a passenger perspective, including boarding, safety, and in-flight services. Practical exercises let you simulate real passenger service situations.

Year 3 – Advanced Passenger Service & Safety Management
Focus shifts to advanced service coordination, emergency response, and operational efficiency.
Typical subjects: Advanced In-flight Service Management; Passenger Safety and Emergency Response; Cabin Crew Operations and Coordination; Airline Customer Service Excellence; Aviation Security and Safety Standards; Practical Training in Airlines or Simulators.
You start working like a professional cabin crew member or passenger operations officer. You learn to handle emergencies, ensure passenger comfort, and coordinate services efficiently.

Year 4 – Professional Practice & Industry Integration
The final year emphasizes internships, hands-on experience, and integration of all skills learned.
Typical subjects: Airline Operations and Flight Support; Advanced Passenger Service Technologies; Internship / Industry Practice in Airlines; Bachelor Thesis / Final Qualification Work; Aviation Regulations and International Standards (ICAO / IATA).
You apply your knowledge during real-world internships in airlines or airports. By graduation, you can confidently manage in-flight services, passenger operations, and ensure safety and comfort for all travelers.

Overview

The program prepares students to manage and coordinate all aspects of passenger air travel. The program focuses on in-flight services, passenger safety, aircraft boarding and disembarkation, cabin management, and customer service in aviation.
Students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in passenger handling, aviation regulations, emergency procedures, and service technologies. They learn how to ensure passenger comfort, safety, and efficiency throughout the flight process.
This program is ideal for students who want to work onboard aircraft or in passenger service operations, combining technical understanding with excellent communication and organizational skills.
