Entrance Exam Description

During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

Program Structure

Semester 1 – Foundations of Administrative Management
- Organizational Theory & Behavior - explore how organizations function, decision-making processes, and human behavior at work;
- Strategic Management Basics - learn how to develop strategies for sustainable growth and competitive advantage;
- Administrative Law & Governance - understand the legal framework for managing public and private organizations;
- Quantitative Methods & Business Analytics - analyze data for decision-making and organizational planning;
- Research Methods in Management - learn research techniques for academic and applied projects;
- Elective 1 - Choose a topic that aligns with your career goals (e.g., HR management, innovation).
This semester sets the foundation – you’ll learn how organizations work, how decisions are made, and the basics of strategy and law.

Semester 2 – Advanced Administrative Skills
- Strategic Project & Change Management - learn to implement projects and manage organizational change efficiently;
- Leadership & Organizational Communication - develop leadership skills and effective communication strategies;
- Financial & Resource Management - understand budgeting, resource allocation, and financial control in organizations;
- Policy Analysis & Public Administration - learn to evaluate policies, programs, and administrative processes;
- Digital Tools for Management - Explore software and digital methods for modern administration;
- Elective 2 - pick another specialized course to customize your learning path.
Here, you’re transforming from a student into a practical manager. You’ll work on projects, learn leadership, and manage change like a pro.

Semester 3 – Capstone & Specialization
- Strategic Management Simulation - apply your skills in a realistic simulation of organizational decision-making;
- Innovation & Organizational Development - explore strategies to modernize and innovate in organizations;
- Consulting & Advisory Skills - learn to advise organizations effectively and professionally;
- Master Thesis / Research Project - conduct an in-depth research project or applied management study.
This is where everything comes together! You’ll apply your knowledge, tackle real challenges, and finish with a thesis or project that showcases your management expertise.
