| Entry qualification | The certificate of Completed Secondary Education is required. Compulsory entrance exam. The entry qualification documents are accepted in English (except for documents issued in Ukraine upon completion of studies at local educational institutions) . In most cases you can request a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original & legalized (according to the international agreements) entry qualification documents along with you when you finally enter the university. |

Entrance Exam Description
The tests are expected to ensure entrant’s base level in language and certain disciplines is up to national standards.
Exams are taken online. I order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on Academy’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
Program Structure
Year 1 — University & legal foundations
- University core: History & Culture of Ukraine, Ukrainian for Professional Use, Foreign Language, Academic Studies, Logic, Life Safety, IT in Legal Activity.
- Law entry block: Legal Deontology, Theory of State & Law, History of State & Law (Ukraine & foreign states), Judicial & Law-Enforcement Bodies, Roman Law, Constitutional Law of Ukraine.
Year 2 — Public & private law core
- Criminal Law; Civil Law (with a course paper); Administrative Law; International Law; Customs Law; Financial Law; Labour Law (with a course paper).
Year 3 — Procedural & business law + EU & IP
- Civil Procedure; Criminal Procedure; Administrative Procedure; Commercial (Economic) Law (and later Commercial Procedure with a course paper); Drafting Procedural Documents; EU Law; Intellectual Property Law; Tax Law; International Protection of Human Rights.
Year 4 — Cross-border focus, electives, practice & attestation
- Compulsory: Legal Regulation of Cross-Border Cooperation.
- Electives (examples): Constitutional Law of Foreign States / Municipal Law; Criminology / Legal Psychology; Family Law; Budget Law / Social Security Law; Information Law; Banking, Insurance, Agrarian, Environmental, Private International Law, etc. (students pick from the catalog).
- Practice: Introductory practice; practice in legal services of public bodies/enterprises; practice in courts/prosecution/advocacy/notary.
- Final attestation: comprehensive exam.
