| Entry qualification | The certificate of Completed Secondary Education is required. Compulsory entrance exam. The entry qualification documents are accepted in English (except for documents issued in Ukraine upon completion of studies at local educational institutions) . In most cases you can request a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original & legalized (according to the international agreements) entry qualification documents along with you when you finally enter the university. |

Entrance Exam Description
The tests are expected to ensure entrant’s base level in language and certain disciplines is up to national standards.
Exams are taken online. I order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on Academy’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
Program Structure
Year 1 – Foundations
Core university studies and fundamentals for public sector work. Typical modules include: introduction to the specialty, philosophy & social sciences, information/ICT skills, foreign language, basics of economics and law, and academic writing. These build general and instrumental competencies required by the program profile.
Year 2 – Law, Economics & Management in the Public Sector
Public-sector legal and economic blocks: Constitutional & Administrative Law, Public Finance & Budgeting, Statistics for Public Administration, Management & Marketing in the Public Sector, Local Self-Government (municipal governance). These courses transition students from general to professional training.
Year 3 – Public Policy Tools & E-Government
Applied public administration and policy instruments: Public Policy Analysis, Civil Service & HR in Government, Project Management, E-Government, Communicative Policy in the Public Sphere, PR Technologies in Public Administration, EU/Euro-Atlantic Integration, Regional Development Management.
Year 4 – Sectoral Governance, Practice & Thesis
Advanced/sectoral modules (e.g., Public Administration in the Economic Sphere, anti-corruption policy, program evaluation), a pre-diploma internship/practice, and the Bachelor’s qualification work (thesis) with defense. The program documentation specifies the cycle breakdown and the inclusion of practice and attestation in the final year.
