Entrance Exam Description

During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

Program Structure

Year 1 – Foundations of Management & Organization
Principles of Management, Microeconomics & Macroeconomics, Business Mathematics & Statistics, Introduction to Organizational Behavior, Information Technologies for Management, Foreign / Ukrainian Language.
In your first year, you’ll build a solid foundation in business, management, and organization theory while developing essential analytical and communication skills.

Year 2 – Core Management Skills
Organizational Behavior & Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing & Business Communications, Business Law & Administrative Law, Management Accounting, Logistics & Operational Management.
The second year focuses on managing people, processes, and resources effectively, preparing you to understand the inner workings of organizations.

Year 3 – Advanced Management & Strategy
Strategic Management, Project Management & Planning, Financial Management & Budgeting, Decision-Making & Risk Management. Electives (e.g., International Management, Leadership).
This year you learn how to plan, strategize, and make informed decisions that drive organizational success.

Year 4 – Practice, Specialization & Final Project
Organizational Development & Change Management, Administrative Management & Governance, Pre-diploma Internship / Practical Training, Bachelor’s Thesis in Management. Advanced Electives (e.g., Innovation Management, Quality Management).
Your final year is about applying everything: leading projects, managing real processes, completing an internship, and writing your thesis — ready to step confidently into management roles.

Overview

This program trains you to manage and lead organizations across different economic sectors. You’ll learn how to plan, coordinate, and organize business processes while understanding how administrative systems work in different types of organizations. You’ll also study management theory, organizational behavior, information systems, and effective decision-making — preparing you to become a versatile manager in companies, non-profits, public institutions, or entrepreneurial ventures.
