With a rich history that stretches back to the early 19th century and a formal establishment as a pharmaceutical institute in 1921, NUPh has grown into the premier university of pharmacy in Ukraine, recognized for academic excellence and scientific leadership.

Our diverse academic programs span undergraduate to doctoral levels, offering specialties in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technologies, clinical pharmacy, and related sciences. Located in Kharkiv, the pharmaceutical capital of Ukraine, our vibrant campus is equipped with modern research facilities, extensive laboratories, a scientific library with over 600,000 volumes, and a botanical garden supporting pharmaceutical studies. 

Today, the National University of Pharmacy continues its mission in a new and welcoming home — the beautiful city of Uzhhorod, located in the peaceful and safe western region of Ukraine.
